Northern Virginia native living in Tennessee, writing words about the local NHL team.
I was born an raised in Fairfax, Va., and attended school at Western Kentucky University to pursue a career in photojournalism. While galavanting across the frozen tundra of Michigan and Northern Indiana, I started expending some of my hockey-based insanity through blogging.
Little did I know, after only a few years creating pixels about the Nashville Predators, I'd be tasked with running their SB Nation webpage. A hobby for keeping active while I was snowed in during the winter became a newfound part of life.
Since the regime change, I've made my home in Nashville, Tennessee to cover the team (both in person and from afar) and expand hockey coverage in a town that is hungry to consume the very best in analysis, opinion and nonsense.
When not paying attention to sports, I go on adventures with my lab/boxer mix, Buster, binge Netflix with my cat, Ovie, read too much and play terrible guitar renditions of my favorite heavy metal songs.
